Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or gift, please return it for a refund within 30 daysIf 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

  • When you return your purchase to by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a refund to your credit card or online store credit for the price of the item(s).
  • No refunds will be given for items received more than 30 days after the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
